Catering at Deity Brooklyn Event Venue is a twist on comfort food with the NYC foodie in mind. Our unique menu and expert staff gives you the opportunity to choose what type of event you want for your guests.Â
For a formal occasion we recommend a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres followed by a family-style seated dinner. If you prefer to set a more casual tone for your event, we recommend a standing dinner cocktail reception.Â
A Deity Kid’s Menu with choice of a finger foods or buffet dinner for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs.
Deity is excited to be partnering with Chef James Neal, bringing people together in celebration over food and drink. Over the past decade and a half he has learned from the city's most acclaimed Chefs such as John Fraser at the Edition Hotel, Dan Barber at the Michelin rated Blue Hill, and David Bouley at Bouley.

Menu choices feature a wide array of flavors and style. Dietary and cultural considerations can be made. A coordination team member will help tailor the perfect menu for you and your guests.
Our full-service catering packages are served on real china and flatware. On-site tables, linens, chairs, hi-tops and barstools, and candle display as centerpieces are included as part of your experience at Deity.
Coffee and tea service come with all meal plans. Deity does not make Wedding or birthday cakes, or provide desserts in-house. However Deity provides cake cutting and plating service at no charge!

One of the reasons couples love Deity is our consumption based bar tab. You only pay for what you drink. We are not upselling you an open bar. However, cash bars or open bars are available. An event coordination team member can help guide you in the right direction which package to choose for your group and event.
Deity’s bar and beverage service options include a full-service bar with flexible plans. All bar packages include an in-house mixologist, bartenders and professional waitstaff.
Choose from a variety of wines and beers. The Deity bar holds many premium name brand liquors for your event. Deity mixologists have crafted excellent specialty cocktails for you and your event guests to sip and savor.Â
