After working in some of NYC’s most acclaimed restaurants including Blue Hill, Bouley, and the Edition Hotel. He brings fine-dining technique to menus designed for real celebration.
Born in Charleston and raised around food, James is inspired by the way meals bring people together. His specialty? Elevated comfort food that feels familiar but unforgettable. From deviled eggs with crispy shallots to slow-braised short ribs and vibrant seasonal spreads.
Whether it’s a wedding, mitzvah, or rooftop dinner party, James creates menus that match the moment polished, personal, and full of flavor.
